On May, 8th 2007 I visited the Pet Food Forum organized by Petfood Industry. This was one of the exciting conferences aligned with Victam International, the world’s premier agrifeed show. I enjoyed several educational classes ranging from nutritional science, marketing and sales trends, EU regulations for safe pet foods, palatability testing (i.e. evaluating pet food preferences) to production – and product innovations. I had a great time and met various experts. A very interesting day and I gained lots of insights which, of course, will shine through on this blog and on Best Dog Food Guide in the upcoming months.
